Reynolds Extends His Fight with City
WOW...If this self-proclaimed 'environmentalist' really was, he'd stop deliberately diverting critical city funds into his own pocket.  If he 'won' the environmental war by getting the city to release more water, then seems to me he'd be more than happy to have accomplished it gratis, on behalf of those fish you know.

Foresthill Water Rates to Rise in March....that's the title, but this is from the guts...See what happens?  If it's ok at the federal level, it must be ok at the local....monkey see, monkey do!
“It sounds like they are trying to cancel out the results of Measure B by fiat, conduct a vigorous campaign based on generalities and convince the voters that they need to confirm the FPUD 12-28-11 action,” Brent said. “Their attorneys whom we pay through our monthly payments have apparently blessed this process, an invalidation of the voters will.”

Is it just me here, native Northern California, Bay Area/Delta resident...they banter about seismic activity around this dam site like it's nothing...If our levees are at such perilous risk from supposed seismic activity and what it could potentially do in a worst case scenario...heck...just think of the devastation down river of all of this water....now that is perilous danger.

Wednesday, January 4th News

Senator Feinstein's lame rebuttal to her 'slick' slipping in wording into the NNDA legislation.

This article is excellent, please read all the way through as where he quotes the changes in legislation such as this...THIS is what I have  been trying to point out regarding the potential unintended (by some) consequences of further federal designation in any form that falls under the direct power of the current Secretary of Interior.  There is nothing to stop someone in the future from altering the original defining legislation into, well another noose.  Plus, I did appreciate the author's bio.
