At its February 9th and 10th meeting, the Delta Stewardship Council (DSC) will review the Delta Protection Commission’s Proposal to Sustain the Delta as an Evolving Place (Agenda Item 7).  This discussion will help inform the DSC during the development of its Delta Plan.   
Public comment at the meeting is welcome and encouraged. 
The meeting will be held at the West Sacramento City Hall Galleria, 1110 West Capitol Avenue, West Sacramento, CA.

(This lends weight to why I believe there should be 'Water 101' and to be involved, especially to vote on legislation, policies, procedures, projects, etc. one should have to pass the course with a minimum 90% and NOT on a curve, before being 'certified' to vote on water issues.  I know, it's a long shot...but it just might have to happen).
