The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District has posted Public Notice SPK-1999-00715 to www.spk.usace.army.mil/Media/RegulatoryPublicNotices.aspx

Applicant: State of California Department of Water Resources (DWR), Bay-Delta Office, Room 215-26, P.O. Box 942836, Sacramento, CA 94236, Attn: Robert Pedlar:

The applicant's project purpose is to increase water diversions out of Old River into the Clifton Court Forebay (CCF) to cover water supply reductions taken to protect sensitive fisheries.  The SWP would capture water provided through the Environmental Water Account (EWA) to recover water supply costs associated with previous reductions in SWP diversions undertaken to benefit Bay-Delta fishery resources.  The maximum daily diversion rate into CCF during the months of July, August, and September, in calendar years 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, would increase from 13,870 acre-feet (af) to 14,860 af and the maximum three-day running average diversions would be increased from 13,250 af to 14,240 af.  This project is located in Tracy, in Contra Costa County, California, in Section 20, Township 1 South, Range 4 East, MDB&M.

Written comments and/or a request for a paper copy of the notice may be submitted to William Guthrie at the US Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, Regulatory Division, Room 1480, 1325 J Street, Sacramento, CA  95814-2922, email: william.h.guthrie@usace.army.mil.

(Seems video quality is spotty.  This is important to the Delta as the proposed National Heritage Area comes under the direct control of Ken Salazar, (ok which ever appointed Napoleonic potentate appointed to Sec of Interior).

Here is proof of NPS shenanigans on the coast.  Do NOT kid yourself for one second of one minute that eventually one of your farming/business operations won't be attacked and shut down just like this.  Heck, we know for a fact the NAS has called out the ineptitude and inaccuracies of the so-called 'science' in the BDCP.  "Two such incidences create a coincidence, THREE such instances establishes a pattern".  It's PATTERNS people that must be recognized, dots connected and utilized to defeat these illegal and immoral acts by protecting and defending our property, our Constitutions and reestablishing Rule of Law.)

Why oh WHY do the Delta-specific meetings always get slammed on the same day, same time and miles and miles apart?????  Deliberate, willfull multi-scheduling does nothing to include Delta residents.  How the hell can they when they are being scheduled same night, same time???

Come on Agencies, really?  REALLY????  Just more of the same old, same old....lip sevice to our communities and the letter of the law.  How's that tap-dancing on the spirit of the law working for you???  Sure as hell ain't working in our favor now, is it?
