(Good grief...THIS is why we will probably NEVER resolve the water/salmon issue when our DFG refuses to acknowledge just how damaging sea lion predation on salmon genuinely is.  No one wants to kill a sea lion, however, when each individual sea lion consumes on average 7 salmon a day...well that tends to add up when you have a fish species already struggling for survival...just saying.)
