(Fairness my a$$...this is criminal what is happening to our university education system. My daughter has had to mark time at Sierra College for three semesters waiting for Cal State University, Sacramento to take in-state transfer students. She's had to wait on her education and career because of this and now they say they give priority to out-of-state students for the higher tuition fees.
Hey here's a thought, why don't you just make a tuition structure that is accurate and equal...nothing in life is ever 'fair', but one most certainly can make things equitable. In a real world that is not California, that would be a logical means to extricate our education system from the blackmail and BS that passes for public policy these days.)
